1. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@legalchain.in or through our designated communication channels. Please note the following conditions:

• Cancellation requests must be made at least one week (7 days) prior to the commencement of the service.
• No cancellations will be accepted within one week (7 days) of the scheduled commencement date.
• In the event that a cancellation request is accepted within the permissible timeframe, the refund will not be issued in the form of cash or to the original payment method. Instead, a credit will be provided to your Legalchain wallet for future use.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed according to the following conditions:

• If a cancellation request is accepted within the permissible timeframe, a credit will be issued to your Legalchain wallet.
• Credits in your Legalchain wallet can be used towards future services provided by Legalchain.
• Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made within one week (7 days) of the scheduled commencement date, and no credit will be provided.

3. Exceptions

Certain services provided by Legalchain may be non-refundable, as indicated at the time of purchase or in the service agreement. Additionally, any fees or expenses incurred by Legalchain on your behalf prior to the cancellation may not be refundable.
